Happy New Year Message

Who wants your stuff?

It is now the year 2020. For many of us, the thought of the year 2020 was very futuristic when we were children, and we had hoped that many of the world’s problems would have been solved by now.

The problems of the world can be overwhelming if looked at as a whole. But maybe the solution is simpler than expecting our leaders to be able to change the tide. As John Denver once so rightly said, “You don’t have to do it all: you do what you can do, and the next person does what they can do, and together we can save ourselves and the environment.”

This website is what I can do. Canadian Registered Charities have it as a free way to get their WishLists known. It is free for everyone to access the contact information because the easier and quicker it is for people to give stuff away, the more people will be helped, and landfills will be slower to fill, reducing/slowing environmental impact.

The only money generated is by the Google Ads (when someone clicks on one which is rare), and that goes towards the cost of running the website. This is what I can do.

Thank you for doing what you can do.

Sincerely,
