Message from Ability First Ottawa:
“We [Ability First Ottawa] have been giving telecommunications, online support, collecting and distributing medical supplies and food items to persons with disabilities and their families. Making kits for the homeless population so that they have food, medical supplies and giving them to outreach teams. We are working with other charities, local businesses, and community service providers.
… If you would like to consider donating new items, this is a list what items we need. They will be cleaned and delivered in a box with assorted items for persons in the community in need and to be made into kits for those experiencing homelessness. Right now families and persons with disabilities are facing hardship and need basic supplies, please share and copy links. Even one item can make a difference.
