  1. Hi .I have 2 couches and 2 loveseat to give away. Do you take these?

    • Hi Laura, thank you for your interest in donating 2 couches & 2 love seats. I am expecting to hear back from some charities to see if they would be interested at this moment for furniture donations. I will let you know if I find a charity in Kingston interested and able to accept. Please keep me updated should you no longer have the items to give away. Thanks, Michelle Beaupre, CharityWishList.ca

      • Hi Michelle,

Did you hear back from the charities regarding furniture donations? We have a sectional we’d like to have picked up

        • Hi Vero, I hadn’t, but just checked another and great news, Habitat for Humanity Re-store is accepting furniture. https://habitatkingston.com/restore/

      • 2 matresses like new and 2 bedframes at 614 victoria street unit 2 tommorrow monday for donations embassy matresses 6473946366

        • Hi Ray, Thank you for your offer. CharityWishList.ca doesn’t collect anything itself. It’s like a directory to help you locate charities near you that are interested in what you want to give away. I contacted a few organizations. With such a tight deadline it will be hard to find an organization that can schedule a pickup in less than 24 hrs. I emailed Loving Hands Kingston in case they know of someone that can make use of your offer of the mattresses and bed frames, and asked that they contact you directly. Good luck.

  2. Hello,
My daughter has a very gently used single bed and frame that we would like to give away to a good home. Is there a particular place that accepts this kind of home item?
    Thank you,
    Sam

  3. Hi,

We are a kitchen company and have about 40-60 leftover kitchen cabinet doors (brand new, never used, premium doors) of various shapes, sizes and colours left over from client orders. We tried donating them to re-store but, they refused as they said they already had enough. Is there any where else that would want these free items?

  4. Hi – I will have a double bed frame and boxspring to give away later in April but will need pick up. Is there any place that can do this

    • Hi Pam, there are Charities that will pick up for a small fee; listed on the furniture section of this website. I have contacted Saint Vincent de Paul to see if they have free pickup now or not. I will let you know if they do. Thanks for wanting to donate the bed and boxspring. – Michelle Beaupre, CharityWishList.ca
