March 30th is going to be a day unlike any other: a day to crush your expectations of what an event is supposed to be. Crush It for Cancer is about exploring new fitness trends, discovering personal wellness, stepping outside your comfort zone, and changing the lives of families facing cancer in Ottawa! Are you ready?
Crush-it For Cancer is a day of high-energy fitness and wellness where teams come together to raise funds and show their support for local cancer care. In a 6-hour circuit of various fitness and wellness activities, participants will make their way through a variety of the latest fitness techniques, and can then recharge with activities like yoga and a visit to our wellness marketplace. Challenge your friends, family members and colleagues to join you and Crush-it for Cancer!
